Processing Time

Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Delivery Times

These are standard shipping times. All orders ship from Canada.

• Canada: 3 - 9 business days
• United States: 4 - 8 business days
• International: 6 - 10 business days

Cancellations and Returns

All orders at Kawaii Fairy Realm are final. This means I am unable to make a cancellation or a return after the product is shipped. Pay close attention to the description of the products before making the purchase.

If your product has not yet shipped, and you would like to cancel your order, please contact me.

Exchange | Damage Products

All items that are shipped are in good quality as I make sure of that myself. If something happened to your order, please contact me. We can work out either a replacement of the item or a refund.

Duties and Customs Fees

On occasion, your order might be subject to duties and/or customs fees. This does depend on your location and it is out of my control. These additional fees are buyers responsibility.
